I didn't receive a shipping notification email with tracking info until after I received the item I ordered. It made me wonder if I was going to receive the item at all, even though my account was charged. I did although, receive the item fully intact, and am pleased with the product. It appears to be exactly the same as the item description. I would try you guys again.

Ordered this ring with a promised delivery date of before Christmas. When it didn't arrive I called customer service and found that they were closed for the holidays - almost two weeks!
