Make sure color of gemstones is a close approximation of what the consumer will receive. If there is a variety of potential colors, show several examples ranging from the lightest to the darkest gemstones you may receive.

The site is great and I have had great service but the shipping is terrible. This is the second time USPS has screwed it up. I like the products especially with the value but I don't know if I will be able to order again with this shipping history. Valentines day will be coming late this year.
