I loved the quality of the product. They were both more gorgeous then I had anticipated. The only thing I did not like was how long it took to process my order and ship, especially because I live in Brooklyn and it was shipping in NYC. It shouldnt take 4/5 days, especially when I paid for expedited delivery.

Ordering was quick & easy. Others commented on slow deliveries, however I had no problem. I've ordered from Szul before and I will again, as well as recommending the company.

Post office miss delivered earrings, not Szul's fault. Have used them before and are pleased with Szul's.

Was supposed to have guaranteed delivery BEFORE Christmas, however due to delivery problems with FED EX, my presents did not arrive in time. Was not happy with the entire situation, I know if is beyond your control, just wished I would have been notified of the situation, not to hear about it on the news, a little follow through with someone would have been REALLY nice.

The buying experience was efficient and pain free. However, I am still waiting to hear back from Szul regarding a certificate of authenticity which did not accompany the diamond (ticket #1809114).

I placed an order on 12/12 for delivery by 12/21 and paid an additional $10 for expedited shipping. I discovered on 12/19 that my order still had not shipped so I called customer service and was told that it's normal to take several days of "processing" when stud earrings are ordered and that I would receive my order in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, I was ordering the items for my anniversary on 12/21. When I told this to the customer representative, she informed me that she would have the order shipped overnight and would not charge me the extra $10 for that. Unfortunately, that never happened and I did not receive the items until 12/24, three days after my anniversary.

The experience with the staff was great however the ring no so great we have already lost a diamond aroun the halo part of the ring and the large 1/2 stone is so cloudy and dirty it looks completely fake, please advise as to what we can do regarding this?
