Shipping was GUARANTEED by Dec 24 when I ordered the product on Dec 17. My order sat for 3 days somewhere and was finally received by the USPS on Dec 20 and arrived ON DEC 26.

SZUL does not return their problems. I did not even receive two items. Most others very cheap. My last time.

This item was never sent, because you ran out of stock. Told to reorder when szul relisted. Did not find out until a shipment arrived and item was listed but not in shipment. Called customer service at that point.

The site works fine. It is your service that is inferior. I ordered 20 on line purchases and only 2 were not here when expected. Your was the only one that did not even make the deadline. I will provide you with 2 examples of good service from order I placed the SAME day as my order with you. J&P Cycles. I followed up on the 17th. They said they had me on hold because some items were on back order. I told them I had requested to ship in stock items. They said sorry, we processed it incorrectly, and sent those out 2nd day so I made my 20th drop dead date. I place an order with Duluth Trading. Standard free shipping. I received that, used the included coupon, placed another order and got the second order too!!! ON TIME with free shipping. You would think a jewelry store could provide better service that a Parts or Work clothes company.

I ordered 2 pair of earrings and only 1 was in the initial delivery. Emailed customer service and they overnighted the 2nd pair to be delivered on Christmas Eve. Couldn't ask for better service!
