Site was easy to use with good response times. Was told the necklace was out of stock AFTER I inquired about not receiving the necklace.

Great jewelry. Exactly as promised. However, items gauranteed for Christmas did not arrive until after Christmas. Szul shipped on time. Delivery took greater than 2 day service selected.

The site is easy to maneuver through & my order was easy to create. I believe that the pictures of the items were slightly misleading in that the stones were much smaller in person that they appeared in the online image. When I ordered the item the site stated 3-5 days for shipping and so I expected delivery around the 17th or 18th, however, the product wasn't even shipped out until the 18th and therefore the 3-5 days for shipping was accurate but misleading with regard to the way the site made it seem.

Good Site, but guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Did not arrive till 26th. Very unsatisfied about that. Not even a heads up just late.

I never received my diamond certification with my order, was promised to get an email certification on the 30th which never came and one of the earring posts was bent. I am considering just returning the earrings. I sadly have a notion that they are fake diamonds.

I placed and paid for my order well in advance of Christmas, since we were leaving town on Christmas Eve.It was not shipped for three days after I called customer support, then came by USPS. Arrived Christmas Eve. Nerve-wracking!

Customer service is very good when you call. I think the chat live is overwhelmed with customers, they need more people/help for that area.

frustration!! i ordered the pendant on dec 1, and it hadnt arrived by the 18th, i tried calling cust service--no answer, so emailed. they finally shipped my package to my mother-in-law, so i could get it there. all worked out, but it was a mess getting there.

The jewelry that I received was just what I expected it to be. The person who received the gifts was very pleased.
