When the first ring came in with carbon inclusions, they shipped the second ring. It was exactly the same as the first. You get one more chance, then I report you to the BBB and I will be all over the Internet with negative reviews. This is something I want to put on my fiancé's finger once in her life. When the first one came in very poor quality, you would think they would ship the second one perfectly. It did not happen.
