It took over a week for my earring arrived. I ordered jewelry from a couple of other online jewelry stores the same day as Szul and received them 2 days later (no extra charge for expedited shipping).

Ordered 12/13, 12 days before Christmas, Shipment delayed to 12/19, five days later, Suggested shipment might not make it by Christmas, Notwithstanding, item shipped by USPS (unreliable here), and was shipped to wrong address, Was told item would arrive on 12/22, Item arrived at 3:30 pm, 12/24.

Other than the blunder of using the US Postal Service for 1 day shipping, the product quality is good and customer service was reasonably good given the xmas circumstances. I believe that I am owed the cost of overnight shipping since we didnt receive the package for 3 days. (when you pay for overnight shipping, you expect it in 1 day...that isnt too much to ask.)
