The ordering process was smooth but I never received notification that the item had shipped...it just showed up in the mail. The stone looks smaller than expected for being 3.00 Carats, but I haven't had it measured yet. Even though it is smaller than expected, it is a very pretty piece.

order was not shipped until I contacted CS after waiting a week for order to be shipped. Overall I would say poor service. Price was almost too good to be true, and then I got the products I saw why, of the 5 I ordered 3 look very cheap and almost costume like, which explains the 75% off price. I thought I was getting a good deal, but in reality you get what you pay for. I should have known better.

Site is well maintained..with lots of options for every price point. I was amazed at the diamond ct. weight and the clarity of the stones. I have bought pieces for more money; that were not as nice!
