We have been loyal customers. This order took way beyond what it should have to arrive. Unacceptable times. We have never had this problem with Szul before. Frustrating in that we kept receiving your sales emails yet you are having problems fulfilling OUR order. Not sure the problem but hope this is NOT repeated again. It was unlike your great service in previous orders.

Although I loved the product my orders were shipped to the wrong address and was not received by my niece for Christmas. Now I have to mail two separate orders to the correct address abs spend more money. Not sure if I will order again since this was a huge inconvenience.

I made my order online from the UK and found two days after making this one and only purchase in the US my card details had been used in New York to try to withdraw several hundred dollars from an ATM. I have used this company before and was purchasing a replacement engaugement ring for my wife as hers was stolen. I would have returned again but now I would not recomend using this company unless you want to have your bank account emptied. I am very dissapointed as I have always recomended your company until now. I will not be doing so again.

had a little problem trying to order this on-line, could have been traffic o your site, or my computer running slow. called th 800 number and was able to order via phone.
