First, price: excellent price. Second, delivery: below the set expectations. I made the purchase because the had a free guaranteed arrival before Christmas-eve. It didn't arrive until Christmas eve. Third, quality: as was before, this purchase was great quality. It was a favorite gift this year. For that, I am grateful. In summation, good on the parts that were zsul, but just manage delivery expectations.

Ordered on Dec 7, arrived Dec 24. Did not receive any shipping information until the product had arrived. It would be nice to get an alert when there is a tracking number, or when the order has shipped.

I absolutely love my ring. Although I had quite a bit of trouble actually receiving it. My boyfriend paid for it to be shipped in 2-4 days (they don't tell you it takes three days to make the jewelery before its shipped). Then it took another 2 weeks until I got my ring. As they wanted to get a better black diamond (I really am happy about this effort. But no one communicated to me that it would take longer because of this. Or I wouldn't have minded). Then they said that the person creating the ring hadn't sent it to them yet. The customer service were very polite. But it did feel as if there was an information disconnect. Although all of these issues were reasonable. Many things could have been turned positive if only they had been communicated to me. I love my ring now and feel it was worth the wait. I just really wish szul communicated all of the issues with me and was more upfront.
