I did not contact customer service as I could track my package via USPS. I was informed that the package would arrive on or about December 26. I received the goods on January 2. That is just very poor customer service.

I ordered a product on 12/11 and it arrived after Christmas with no contact to explain that it would be late. It was not shipped till the 19th.

I was a little skeptical about the quality if szul items given the extremely low prices. However, I must say, I was happily surprised. My earrings were here the next day and they are gorgeous!

Very dissatisfied with Szul. This was my first (and last) experience shopping with this site. I ordered this product 7 days before Christmas. JUST to be sure that it arrived before I went away for the holidays, I paid the $10 "expedited" shipping, even though the regular shipping indicated that the product would arrive before Christmas. Per the website, this "expedited" shipping would be Overnight. The product arrived 6 DAYS LATER on Christmas Eve. This did me no good, as I was 2300 miles away when the product arrived. My mother received nothing for Christmas as a result. I can only imagine all the people who relied on Szul's promise that "regular" shipping would arrive before Christmas (7 days later), as this should have taken even longer than my non-existent "expedited" shipping. Customer service was useless, having only "business" hours. When the product did not show on Friday (ordered it on Tuesday), no one was there to pick up after 5, and you can be no one was there on the weekend (before christmas at that, when presumably orders had to go out). Needless to say, I will NEVER order from Szul again. When I called to complain, customer service refunded my shipping costs .....??? No kidding... you didn't ship the item expedited, so that would be an automatic given. What did Szul do to alleviate my lack of satisfaction with the order? They gave me 5 dollars.... Thanks, but its now going to cost me more than 5 dollars to ship the item to my mother 2300 miles away. The deal ended up COSTING ME MONEY. Never again will I shop here.
