I was reluctant to do my shoping online because of previous experinces but based on sugestion from friends and other customers' reviews I tried Szul and found its website easy to navigate; great prices; great quality and packeging. I will be back soon.

I have purchased 3 items from Szul. Loved them all. The prices are great and the jewelry quality is good. The only thing that I would change is the packaging. The gift box could be nicer. The big szul logo is cheesy.

Easy to purchase. Nice product and price, but when shipment did not arrive when expected, customer service basically avoided admitting there was an issue, and just told me to wait a while longer. Product did show up three days late, but Customer Service then said that was the original expected date of delivery, which was a lie.

Everything was fine. The only thing is that I Szul would use other shipping companies besides FedEx. FedEx loses a lot of things and in general unstable.

The gift that was promised was different from the one that was sent. While doing my shopping the amount listed to received the free gift was changed from $150.00 to $250.00 before I was able to checked out, which made me purchased an additional $100.00 worth of goods. And then I didn't even received the gift that was promised. One of the item on my list was sold out so without informing me, they changed the order to a different one. I didn't complain because I didn't want to make a fuss about it but at least I should have been informed before a replacement was sent together with the whole order. No communication whatsoever. The shipment was delayed a couple of weeks from my anticipated arrival date. This is understandable because of the volume of this order at this time of year. But again, I should have been given a possible range of delivery date. The products look bigger and better on pictures. I don't really know if the jewelries I received have diamonds in them as stated in the ads, since I could hardly decipher a glitter. Overall this is not exactly a pleasant experience for me. These are just comments that I think you should know so you can improve your service in the future. Thanks.
