I’m a Happy Customer and will keep Shopping At Szul Jewelers. My recent purchase's of Diamond Antique Earrings in .925 Sterling Silver, are so beautiful, perfect size. The price was great. I also bought a 3.50 cart Oval Sapphire and Diamond Bracelet also in .925 Sterling Silver. Also purchased a beautiful Love Pendant in .925 Sterling Silver. I have no complaints on any of my purchases, and I don't expect any. I will definitely recommend this to all my Family and Friends. The prices are fantast

No answer from customer service.

I contacted customer service on the 26th, informing them that my item did not arrive as "Guaranteed". I received no answer as to where my item was, nor did they respond to my question on the guarantee.
