Nothing negative to say about the site... I do like that they ship their products in discretely labeled packaging which is nice for gift giving.

The earrings don't match. Same color but one is round and the other is oval. Can't give that to my wife.

Mystic fire topaz necklace was very nice, wife loved it. But the green amethyst necklace looked like clear glass :/ NO HINT OF GREEN WHATSOEVER!!! Very disappointed with that one. As a first time buyer i had expected the pic to at least favor the product... probably not coming back.

Website accepted the order without a size...had to call to get the right size. Then when diamond ring arrived, it looked very dull and yellow...NOTHING like the picture

I read a lot a bad reviews before I place my order, but I take a less risk paying with paypal, now I can said that I'm very happy to bought a beautiful ring piece of art. No complains. I'll buy again soon.
