first time customer. disappointed to have received only one item after receiving a charge and shipment confirmation for 2 items. Should receive credit for the 2nd item but only after I've called the customer service today.

The site was easy to maneuver, however, when I contacted your customer service department via phone on the day I received my delivery.....I still have not received an email or call back.

this purchase was fine but I just ordered a ring on 11/23/2015 order number 6978674 they called and said it was the wrong price and they would not honor the advertised price must have bought about ten things from there and my wife probably bought even more will shop somewhere else from now on

Initially I thought I would give a try to have sterling silver in the ear rings that I purchased. But the material was not as bright and glossy as shown in the picture. I thought I would return but then I realized with that amount of money, it is worthy to be what it is. However the retailer price shown before discount was more than 10 times the amount I paid. So with that reflected amount, I was expecting something high. Well the motif is that do not trust the retailer amount shown. Always evaluate based on the actual price you are going to pay.

Nice, even thought few years back I decided not to purchase any more from szul, due to my bad experience, however it outstanding prices force me to change my decision.
