I think Szul offers great value for their jewelry. Unfortunately, the colour represented onscreen did not look close to the actual ring that arrived. Customer service over email was prompt and helpful but delivery was not prompt considering I'd paid for Expedited Shipping International (Canada). The product arrived after a month considering I paid an extra $40.

First of all the diamond pendant product quality was excellent. And the price was the best available for the quality. Customer service was awesome. I was concerned about delivery since there was a holiday weekend involved and they made sure I received the necklace earlier than expected! Thank you for a great shopping experience.
