This is a great website, each purchase has been easy to find what I want and easy payment process. You may also customize existing pieces to your own specifications; the customer service reps are very helpful with this. I like Szul very much.

First time buyer. I was surprised by how quickly my order came and was exactly like the picture. My only regret is that there is no selection in sizing. But I guess that is how you keep the pricing fair. Yes, I will probably buy another item thru Szul.

I am unable to write a review because Szul failed to send my "free gift". When I emailed to tell them the situation they told me that it would come with my other order, Well I got my order today and guess what?? There was no "free gift" once again, I guess my mom was right, nothing in life is free.

They did not follow through with what they told me.

I am very happy with Szul. Szul's products, price and customer service have made me a loyal customer.

I am very pleased that I found Szul. I have purchased three pieces from Szul including a 1 ct diamond engagement ring. I will always go to Szul first for my jewelry purchases.

Not ordering from you again. As a returning customer I have experience couple years ago your customer service, which used to be great, but now you have decided to replace it with ctrl+c ctrl+v answers through e-mail. Not polite at all. Also,about the queality of your products. I would like to mention I loved my ring, but my bracelet seems to be just average and didnt meet my expectations. I noticed the package and the presentation is not the same, I can clearly tell you have decided to go c

The site is good, it clear and easy to understand. But your customer service really know how to kill the mood, besides if you decide to reply by email at least try to be kind and professional.
