I just love stainless steel jewelry since sterling silver turns to easily with my type of skin. Most stainless jewelry is bulky but this necklace was perfect. This is the first time ive ordered from Szul although I purchase 75% of items I buy online. It was simple, fast, and they kept me informed of my order status.

customer service was terrible and not helpful at all. They couldn't find my order number even after I read it to them verbatim and didn't apologize.

The site is difficult to navigate and does not always operate as expected or likely as intended. It became necessary to call Customer Service to place an order for advertised merchandise. The CSR was as helpful as she could be. Sje took the order, but she was unable to accept the discount code that would have been available had the site worked. Tis resulted in a higher consumer price. Subsequently, on two occasions, I received e-mails advertising items at one price, but when they were ordered, they went into my basket at a price over one third higher than advertised. Customer Service was not available over the weekend, and by the time I would have been able to cll them, the sale was over. So, instead of contacting them, I have forwarded screen shots along with a "Bait & Switch" complaint to the office of the Hon. Eric T Schneiderman, for investigation. Three out of three instances of quoting one price while charging or attempting to charge a higher price is, IMHO, a pattern. When taken together with comments on various online sites, I feel more confident in my belief.. It is unlikely that I will conside Szul for future purchases. After all, there is always n Netaya or SuperJewelers
