Just a suggestion.... A old Indian jewelry website used to have a dime ($0.10) placed next to the jewelry piece so the customer could tell just "how big" the different pieces of jewelry actually was because most people including myself don't know "how big" a 6MM or a 6X4MM piece really is??? Just a suggestion :))

The necklace arrived with a defective clasp. .I called customer service. They replaced the chain iand clasp. All is good.
