Never received the "free gift" for signing up for the news letter. The $999.00 1ct tw earrings I did buy were nice for the price. Thought the should have had screw backs for a little more security but they didn't.

I ordered an engagement ring on Dec. 22nd and paid for expedited shipping and was assured it would arrive by Dec. 24th. It didn't arrive until Dec. 27th. I wasn't able to propose to my girl friend before I had to leave her home and return back to my home (we live in different states). I was refunded the shipping charge but my proposal was ruined. They were helpful on the phone but they dropped the ball getting the ring to me as promised.

The earrings came too late. I needed to have them before my flight on the 23rd and they didn't come until later. They seemed to be stuck in a status of Order Confirmed for like a week. I remember this happening last year as well. The lesson learned is that I can't rely on you guys to deliver on time for the holidays.

Ordered multiples of same products. Some came in a nice szul box and others came in a flimsy white bag. Chains of necklaces were a lot thicker than appearing online .... thought they would be a lot more dainty since they had pearls on them. Disappointed.
