Late delivery was not the fault of szul. Post office lost it for a week. You customer service was very prompt on helping to contact the post office and get delivery.

Love the earring but mostly love the price ! There are so many jewelry stores out there it's hard to trust the items that are selling. I took a chance on buying from Szul and I was not disappointed ! Thank you for such a beautiful item.

Tracking didn't work. Called customer service 3 times and never spoke to someone. Did not receive item that I ordered til the day before Christmas and was told at that time that the other item I had ordered was not in stock I would be refunded.
