My experience with szul was incredible. I ordered a ring girlfriend, now fiancé, the expected delivery was after we were leaving for vacation. I called customer service and they got a rush put on it and I received the ring the day before I left. Amazing quality and one super happy girlfriend

I had ordered the earrings with expedited shipping to get them before my anniversary. I was told I wouldn't get them by the weekend at first and I indicated that I would absolutely have to have them by 10/17. They ended up showing up on the 15th which was awesome.
