you need to ensure that specials are only on items that the specials pertain to, i ordered something that said delivery by valentines day but when it didnt ship i called and was told that item wasnt available for valentines day, the CSR was helpful and took care of my shipping for me which is why customer service received an excellent rating

Site needs to have less popups and adds, it's not easy to figure out. However the overall ability of the site to suggest other items that might be of interest is actually working pretty well, and I ended up buying additional items.

Process was very easy. I did buy another ruby and diamond ring first. That ruby was beautiful but the diamond presence barely there and the band too thin. The second on I ordered is absolutely beautiful. Could never buy this ring in retail for this price.
