Site is easy to shop from. My problem with my purchase was I ordered the cranberry pearls which I have bought in the past for a gift and they weren't a cranberry color like the first ones. All my other purchases have been great

I have so much to say but I will try to be brief. I thought the customer service I received from Szul was very poor and if I weren't already invested with both my engagement and wedding ring, I would walk away completely and ask for a refund. I placed the order for my band and it seemed I would receive a free gift - but there was nothing in the package. It's been a very, very disappointing experience!!

Sizing was tricky, although the pictures help. Would be nice if they gave diameter in inches for hoop earrings.
