I spend my money on 925 silver and received gold plated. Not a happy customer at all.

I ordered 925 Silver and received gold plated. I emailed the nonexistent customer service dept and haven't received an answer. Going to PayPal next to either refund or fix this screw up. I am not pleased at all and I'm going to tell the world if things aren't made right. My Girlfriend does not wear gold for personal reasons.

very good stuff but i gave order for more than one quantity, they charged me but sent only one in quantity and i am still waiting either for another one or refund my money.

I am a very happy customer! Although the color stone that's not what I expected the quality of the products were phenomenal. I kept them anyway and started a new set .

Your customer service department was great. The customized a product for me. I was able to speak to a real person. And they were very helpful.
