I LOVE THE SMOKEY QUARTZ STUD EARRINGS I RECEIVED AS A FREE GIFT FOR ORDERING. I LIKE THEM BETTER THAN THE EARRINGS I ORDERED.I ALSO LIKE THAT THEIR POSTS ARE A LITTLE SHORTER.

Overall site experience was good. Communication on site was excellent because I was able to track shipment. Guaranteed shipment was Valentine's Day by end of business day and it certainly was.

Overall, I was pleased. I purchased a diamond ring wedding ring. It is somewhat deceiving when looking at the picture online because it is huge in comparison to its actual size. The measurements are given, but the band itself winds down to be very thin.

product was ok quality, Order all mixed up, cust service was ok but shipping messed the order up. The backings on the ear rings was cheap and super thin.

The merchandise I purchased for a valentines day gift for my wife arrived the Saturday after valentines day even though I paid extra to have it shipped in one day. I was offered free shipping gaurenteed in time for valentines but I wanted the jewelry before to add to a floral bouquet. Although they did refund the shipping cost it doesn't change the fact that my wife did not open this gift on valentines day. I will not shop here again

The sapphire pendant is beautiful but the gold chain broke just 8 days after I gave it to my girlfriend as a present. I am very disappointed because I paid $20 extra for the stronger gold chain. I was hoping to be able to return the chain for repair or for a replacement. The sapphire pendant itself is excellent and my girlfriend loves it.
