Love the jewelry...but it took a long time to arrive. Once I contacted customer service (after 2 weeks of waiting for my ring to arrive), the ring was immediately shipped. The ring is as beautiful as it looked on the site.

The site wasn't the issue. Did not recieve notifacation the order was recieved or shipped. The time frame it indicated in would take to make the item and ship the item was more then a week later. luckly I ordered ahead of tim with lots of time to spare
