I ordered and paid for expedited 1 - 2 day shipping. I had to call to see why it had not been shipped. I was disappointed that it was 5 days not 1 to 2 days before I received my order. Also the ring does'nt look like the picture. The picture is much beautiful than it is in person.

Overall okay. Had to send certificate separately because they forgot and I had to request it. Also the expect by date kept being pushed back. Not exactly the best way to help customers. The jewelery was perfect though and will shop here again.

The ring is as good as I expected. Since I'm not a expert on the ruby, what I can say is that the ring looks fairly good. And I didn't pay much attention on the delivery.

products is great however delivery time is not great. i had purchased a gift and it came 2 weeks after occasion. i had to get something else at a jewelry store and keep the bracelet for myself. i was not happy.
