I am happy with the pink glass bracelet and will shop here again.

This site is excellent. the items are shown in every angle and close up. You know the items you buy are true to the picture.

Love the jewelry--shipping is "eh"

shipping was a little confusing....wasn't sure when i would actually get even though the email said it was shipped. When I clicked on tracking, it didn't give me anything, in fact, I received the package in the mail first and then the tracking could be brought up. Doesn't make sense if you can't pull the tracking--I realize that you truly can't track a "mailed" package--maybe it shouldn't be an option to try and track if that's the shipment chosen.

I have a few questions for you: First of all, why have you approved the charge from my Visa, while the product in fact was not available for

the purchase order #6256484 was taken by your company on Apr 08th, while the product was sold out. Customer service E-mail was sent out to me a week later, on Apr 15th, indicating that there was a shortage of products and they will be shipped on Wed Apr 17th. I am still waiting for that parcel to arrive. And It's very disappointing.

I am absolutely thrilled about the quality, expediency and cost.

My jewelry, at home, was stolen. I was just sick about it. Since I live on SS I just didn't see how I could, even closely, replace any of it. Your site provides me with an opportunity to obtain good jewelry with timeless styles.
