almost all but for the one item I didn't receice and since there is no signature required there is no proof of delivery, and of the many items I purchased that is one I really waited for.. shame

Web site showed that there was included ear-rings, but it disappeared during ordering. Went back to selection page, showed up again, but disappeared during ordering. Would suggest an option to disguise the package for someone buying a gift who doesn't want their special person to know they are getting jewelry, especially an engagement ring.

Many pieces are advertised on sale, but somehow are "OUT OF STOCK" as soon as the ad is posted to lure you in. When I contacted customer service about the situation, they said it was only a certain size that was out of stock, but there was no where to place the item in your cart (buy it) REGARDLESS OF THE SIZE-no options at all- IT WAS OUT OF STOCK!!!!!! I don't appreciate being told untrue statements when I contact customer service. I experimented and put the "out of stock" jewelry on "my wish list" as that was the only place to click to "save" the jewelry. The next day, the price went up from $19 to $199. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! The pieces don't always look like the ad and the sale pieces are of poor quality. Be careful when you open the shipping package. My "free gift" was crammed at the top of the shipping package (WHERE YOU CUT OPEN THE PACKAGE) in a pouch, and when I cut the package open, the scissors cut through the pouch and cut the very flimsy post on the earring off. So much for the free gift. I am VERY disappointed at how the company has declined in its quality of service and the quality of the jewelry.
