overall experience was great, the customer service was awesome!!! An online purchase for over $2000 is a little nerve racking, but we are extremely happy with our wedding ring set, and would recommend Szul if you're on a budget

The order summary is not so easy for me to check the overall records, as I have to click the Item No. one by one to know what on earth they are. Is it possible to summerize everything under the Order No. so that we can look through everything simply by clicking one order number?

I ended up returning it. I have shopped at Szul before and althought I am not a jewelry expert I was pleased wih my previous purchase. Right now I have to say it is hit or miss. The return process took long,but in the end I received my money back and customer support was good. Rating my overall experience as a 4, but the diamond itself is more of a 3 for the price paid, 2 if you paid more than $599
