Definitely worth the sale price.

I had some trouble navigating the site on my mobile phone; there were two occasions upon which my cart was emptied (after I had already done an hour's worth of shopping).

Good price and service but flawed ring

There was a 16 minute wait to speak to a customer service representative, but once I got through, the return authorization process was very quick and straightforward.

sorry to say but I haven't received the present that I ordered from your company 7th of Dec.and..as soon as I receive it, It will go back without opening with a letter going to the COO Mr Patel. There was no way that I was able to contact this company.Not thru emails,customer service never answered. I was against a brick wall , I want a credit as soon as I get the purchase to return

I am not happy with this time shopping.

because the earing is not 3.5carat,I contacted customer service,someone agreed to give me $10 back, but till noe I aven`t received any cents.

Website is easy, shipping costs not so much

Using the website was easy and concise but that is where everything ended. The package was late, on delivery and the import tariff fees that came with the delivery were astronomical I would not use this site again to buy jewelry at all ever due to the high costs after already paying 49.99 for expess delivery. So very unhappy.

I like it, I am happy. Szul had what I wanted at a price I could afford.

Site is easy to navigate. It provides multiple options to communicate with Szul.

It was delivered much later than expected, but turned out to be a very pretty ring.

i am somewhat happy, and want to shop again .. but undecided

website was great, shopping was great, shipping and dealing with customer service was BAD .. I printed and saved the instant message conversation between one of your customer service people if you would like to see it.

Not Happy

Extremely disappointed with you substituting a different item for what I bought because you ran out of what I ordered. If you had alerted me before you mailed it I coud have chosen something else. It was a Christmas gift sent directly to my sister and was even missing the card. She had to call you to find out who it was from
