Nice web site, nice presentation of the product upon delivery but slow shipping and there is no ability to track the product during delivery.

Got what I ordered, got it on time. Baught it as a birthday present for someone. Only problem is the immense amount of spam in my email inbox form your site after purchasing something from you. I am adding all szul related things to my spam filter now, but that may deter me from shopping here in the future.

I was not happy with the $20.00 shipping charge to ship it to Canada by USPS. Other than that, the site experience was okay. I was surprised that my order came so fast because the last time it took forever to come. I think that you should be delivering products to the door and having someone sign for it instead of just having it placed in the mailbox.
