So far all I got was sorry for the inconvenience. What good is having a guarantee if you don't do anything about it when its does not arrive on time. I haven't heard anything back since the arrival of the ring.

Overall excellent shopping experience will use site again for future purchases. However, product was delivered day after mothers day I was guaranteed a delivery by mothers day.
