Since I haven't received one of the items I ordered, I'm alittle leary to try it again. First order was great - no complaints at all. But that doesn't make up for still waiting 3 wks later for an item that was supposed to be here in 2 days.

Glad to get in on the promotion, unhappy when any company "substitutes" an item for another I've ordered. Can't beat the great deal. But if I wanted 2 citrine necklaces, I would have ordered it. Why not just adjust the charge and send a "our apologies" note? How do you expect to make customers happy by making arbitrary purchasing decisions for them?
