I ordered two amethyst necklaces and received two citrine necklaces instead. I was not contacted about this. Citrine would not have been my next choice.

The natural uncut bracelets and necklaces are beautiful and very well made. The website does not do them justice. I am very pleased with my jewelry and I will be returning soon to add to my jewelry box!

One of the items was sold out and replaced with another. I ordered matching bracelets and necklaces and now they don't match. I would like to have been given the option of changing my order

I loved the money clip I received. One time I tried to check out and it was for some reason 10 dollars more than it was listed, but the next day I tried to purchase it and it rang up as the right price. I would definitely shop there again.

The earrings I ordered were defective (back did not have a hole and one stem was crooked). When I called, the rep was cordial and offered to replace the order and send a UPS label for shipping back the defective order back to them. All of this arrived today (about a week later) and everything was as promised. The replacement set of earrings was packaged differently and was beautiful. A UPS label was included for me to ship the defective earrings back. Overall, I'm very pleased at the service received.
