Everyone was very helpful so definitely no complaints with the service! The products could have been better. I received my items and felt they were not the quality I had expected. One of the stones was loose before i had even touched it. Probably would by as cheap, quick gifts otherwise no. Keep in mind I did not drop a ton of money on my items. You pay for what you get for sure.

The photo made them look larger so I was a bit disappointed at the size. But it's a great gift for a greatniece.

I appreciate the refund when I contacted you about the coupon not processing with paypal. I would like to see a scale of measurement in the picture to see what the actual size of the ring would be on my finger. I like my ring but the picture made it look larger than it actually was.
