I would like to see more views of the products, i.e., side angles, perhaps a rotational window. This particular ring's stone sits much higher than my wife likes and we couldn't tell that from the pictures available. Overall, nice doing business with you guys.

They sent me an email right away when they couldn't contact my small town bank, it was a holiday weekend. The next morning before I was up they had already prosesed my order, it was shipped the same day!

The site is easy to navigate & there is a lot of selection. Customer service made a lot of mistakes both in emails and on the phone.

You have the most excellent service people. They were right there to help me, every step of the way. I had a little trouble at first but, that was my fault, the girl, as I said, helped me and things came out GREAT.
