Items ordered 10/17. Checked status on 10/26 and had a tracking number but said the shipping status was cancelled. Called customer service and was told that one item was on back order but would be shipped. Was not given a date. Received email requesting feedback on 10/27. Item was received on 10/30. Poor customer service-if item was on back order it should have said 'back order' not shipping cancelled.

This was my first online jewelry purchase...I am very pleased with my ring....the only thing was the opal isn't as opalescent as I would have liked...it is just white.

The necklace was pretty, a little smaller than the pic/ruler depicted. Also the price was right. My only complaint was that it was for my sister's 50th birthday. I ordered it on Oct. 16 and received it on Oct. 25. According to the reviews I had read, thought it would be much quicker and I would get it on time. I missed her birthday (Oct. 22), but got it to her a few days late nonetheless. A little embarassed. This was my first time ordering from you. Would probably order again, but allow more time for delivery.

Took longer then the 7-10 days stated for delivery, which I took note of when ordering since I needed it for a birthday gift. Sadly the birthday came and went and It was not here to give.
