Easy to use, however a measure of a US currency coin would be better than metric units. I did not realize how tiny the item was until I received it.

My customer service agent, Dipti, is one of the most pleasant people I've ever spoken with on the phone! She is always professional, knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful! Everyone I've spoken with there are very nice. Always pleased with my orders including engraving, I call Szul's for ALL my jewelry needs!

Great as always. Pictures and descriptions of the jewelry accurately represent the jewelry received. This is very important when you can't see the items in person.
