Prices change too often. A coupon code would be better than different pages with different prices for the same item

I'm very pleased with the ring I ordered. The ordering process went smoothly. The customer service staff was friendly and courteous. The only problem was the delay with shipment, with repeated promises that it would ship out, but it didn't. I ordered the ring on Nov 12th and received it Dec 5th. About a week and a half after ordering, I called to check the status, and was told that it would be shipping soon, and that the shipping would be expedited. I called a few days later and was told it was packed and ready to ship. On Nov 28th, a tracking number was created, but when I checked UPS the next day, it said the package had not been received by UPS. I called again on the morning of Friday, Nov 30th to check. I was told by Sam that there was a delay and he would check on it and call me back. After several hours, I called again and was routed to Jeff, who explained that there was a problem with the manufacturing of the setting (related to the recent storms in NYC), and that they were working with the manufacturers to resolve it so that the quality of the ring would be up to Szul's standards. He promised upgraded stones, and that it would ship by the middle or late of the next week. It shipped Tuesday, and I received it on Wednesday. My only complaint was the repeated promises of shipping without an early-on explanation of what the problem was. Very frustrating. If I was a less patient customer I would have cancelled the order. Otherwise, I am generally satisfied.
