The product is very good with an excellent price. The communication on when the item ship and arrive was poor. I had to call to check with you only to find a week after I placed the order that it did not ship yet.

Love that the sales and special pricing sent to my e-mail. The browsing and ordering were simple and the fact that I received my item so soon after was great! I definitely like the updates sent to my e-mail of the different items with price drops and special sales! I believe I received good quality for the price. The only thing I wish was added would be something in the box describing the item. Will definitely be a return customer! Thank you for making my holidays a little easier AND cheaper!

With using Google Checkout, I got no shipping updates or service advisories. I got a payment receipt and almost two weeks later, I got the package. Would have been nice to know when it shipped, a tracking number; pretty much anything more than what I got as far as information.
