I placed my order on 12/7, it wasn't shipped till 12/18. Shipping is supposed to be 7-10 days. I had sent an email asking where my item was and never got a response. Then when I finally got it, two days before Xmas, the stones were damaged. So I had to send it back. They had it for almost 2 weeks before I heard anything and then that's only because I emailed them to find out the status. It took almost 3 weeks before I got it back. It's a beautiful necklace, but I'm not sure it's been worth all the trouble we've gone through. I highly doubt I will ever do business with szul again, and that's a shame because their jewllery really is beautiful.

The reviews on the necklace I purchased were exactly the thoughts I had when I recieved it in the mail. Low quality diamonds look cheap. I would rather have a different accent stone to complement the blue topez or not have any stones in the setting.
