Since this was a gift, I didn't receive shipping confirmation until the last minute. Some sort of stock indication would be nice. Also, the stone isn't as blue as the photo makes it appear.

I originally paid an extra $25.95 for 1-2 day delivery for this product which was supposed to be a birthday present. The item arrived 5 business day later and only after I called to complain. Even after my complaint on the 3rd day after my order, the product took an additional 2 days to arrive. Your rep, Prath (x113) told me that even 1-2 days orders took about 4 days for "processing". This is stupid, why would somebody order 1-2 day delivery if it's going to take 4 days to process the order? Obviously, I didn't take this illogical explanation and was given a $15.00 credit on my S&H. Now, since the product didn't even arrive within 4 business days, I demand full refund of all my S&H charges. Regarding the product, the necklace is so thin that is only well fitted for a newborn. I will have to buy a stronger necklace, but it won't be from your store. I'm very disappointed with my online experience with your company.
