The earrings are beautiful, the emeralds are a great size for the price .. Thanks to you I have emeralds rubies and blue diamond earrings and I love them all

Purchases on the website is good. The problem is when the item is to be delivered. In my experience if someone is not on hand to receive the item goes missing. I still have an unaccounted bracelet. I sent an email to customer service and never got a response. The postal service just says the computer shows it being delivered. But their prices are good the quality is good and items are creative. So I continue to shop. Bad experience and all.

Your site has quirks at times where it does not allow you to use the back arrow. An example today I was looking at pendants and when I select item SPP4400BT it takes me to the product detail for the blue topaz pendant; however the only way back out of this screen is to reselect gemstone pendants and then search back though again to get back to looking at other pendants. This happens a lot on your site and is extreemly annoying when I am considering a product.

It took much longer to arrive than I expected. The earrings were a 40th anniversary gift, I ordered in what I thought was plenty of time. It arrived the day before. Fortunately I live in a small town and was able to pick it up at the main post office rather than waiting for Monday mail delivery to my office, which was my shipping address.
