Wanted to reply to another review "No customer service. No one picks up the call. The jewelry is made cheaply. I want to return, but there is no customer service call". Same here but my experience is to contact them via email.

I had seen a topaz bracelet with a special offer for $58.79 and wanted to buy it for my mom, but when I looked again the price had jumped to $99 or something like that. I didn't want it for that much, and I explained to a rep on the phone that I would buy it if they honored the earlier price. She agreed to do so, and refunded me the difference after I bought it for the full $99. This was a common sense outcome since obviously Szul was willing to sell it for a profit at the lower price, and you would have gotten no money from me if they hadn't agreed to honor that. But it's so rare that common sense actually prevails when dealing with internet or phone customer service from anonymous companies. Thank you Szul, I'll definitely shop again!!
