Not a happy customer

Ordered a necklace "guaranteed before Christmas". Necklace arrived after Christmas. Was not able to give the necklace as a gift.

Always late for Christmas

If you are planning on getting a gift for Christmas, give it three weeks. Szul has never delivered in time for Christmas.

Horrible experience, will never Do business with again.

Horrible company to do business with. Ordered 12/13/17 and didn’t arrive until 12/26/17. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mom. Arrived much later than expected. Didn’t receive email shipping confirmation until 12/21/17. Called customer service the next day and was assured my item would arrive before Christmas. Item arrived the day after Christmas.
