Product, as always, is beautiful, but one earring post was detached when it arrived. I was able to fix it mself very easily.

Satisfied all my needs.

Received my order on time. The staff was very helpful with re-sizing the ring twice. I was able to pick it up to avoid shipping delay. Will be purchasing items again.

? Have to drive 2 hrs to retrieve pkg from incorrect (old) address :( Unfortunately, online site somehow defaulted my ship to address to our former address..even though I definitely DID enter our new, current shipping address. Fortunately for me...the new owners of our former home are honest, kind people and are holding this pkg of jewelry for me until I can come and get it. Szul Cust Svc Staff were not helpful, did not offer any options to retrieve & re-ship.

Would be helpful if they would check over their online site ordering/shipping functions.

Happy owner of three beautiful Journey Heart Pendants!!!

The links for a special sale item were not working correctly. I emailed customer service to let them know I was having problems, and they put the item in my cart for me and I was able to purchase the Journey Heart Pendants I wanted for graduation gifts.
