shipping takes a few days, but ring is great quality and return process is excellent. Ended up keeping the ring and my GF is super happy with it.

Excellent. We misunderstood the arrival date as we didn't account for 2 days to size the ring but the customer service reps helped us get our ring very timely.

Nice earrings in a lovely shade of pink. Needed them to wear with other pink gem stones--like the morganite ring that I love. Now I just need a bracelet at an equally discounted price in pink or peach!

When shipping to small town america without home mail delivery, a PO Box number is required to receive mail. I had to ask the post office for the shippment, only knew it was ther because of the tracking number. They wer ready to send it back.
