Range of selection on the site was good. The process to purchase items is a little too long and by clicking another payment method or address you have to start over. Order has not shown up in my account. I made a report and it has not been resolved.

I ordered 2 pr of jade hoops for Easter gifts. One pair arrived in a sealed baggie. For the 2nd pair one, with the silver cap latch broken off was in sealed baggie the mate was lying loose in the velvet bag. I was sad.
